High frequency switch electroplating rectifier, also known as high
frequency switch power supply:
This is a new type of DC power supply rectifier - high frequency
switching power supply. It combines the advantages of silicon
rectifier power supply waveform smoothness and easily adjustable
silicon controlled rectifier, while having the highest current
efficiency (up to 90%), the smallest volume, and, needless to say,
it is the most promising electroplating rectifier power supply.

Plating rectifier power supply conversion principle:
Make the AC power grid pass the EMI anti-electromagnetic
interference filter to directly rectify and filter the wave. The DC
voltage is converted into a square wave frequency of tens or
hundreds of KHz by the inverter, and then isolated by the
high-frequency transformer to reduce the voltage and then pass the
high voltage. The frequency filter outputs a DC voltage. After
sampling, comparison, amplification and control, the drive circuit
and power converter control the duty cycle of the IGBT to obtain a
stable output voltage (or output current).
High-frequency switch electroplated rectifier control tube in the
working state, low power consumption loss, that is, the transformer
efficiency can reach 75% ~ 90%, small size, light weight, and
accuracy and ripple factor are better than silicon rectifier, in

2 Electric control system
a: The rectifier adopts full bridge phase-shifted soft switch

b: The main transformer. It adopts amorphous core to increase transformer efficiency and cool transformer, and not only can lighten rectifier weight,
but also can strengthen rectifier stability and reliability. At its
elementary stage, it adopts series blocking capacitor.
